Return

We accept 30 days return/exchange of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery the product.
When you initiate a return, please contact our customer service: fenglipower@outlook.com.
     A:  If there are quality issues with the product within 30 days of receipt. We can provide the return lable after you provid the proof.
     B:  No quality issues.The customer needs to bear the return shipping cost.Please ask our customer service(email:fenglipower@outlook.com) to make sure you send the package to the right address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

     Exchange: If you need to replace it, we will arrange to send out a new battery after receiving the battery you returned.

     Refund: If you only want a return and refund.Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Customized or personalized products are not accepted for returns or exchanges.
